An average accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarters. Looks refurbished but the facility is old. Breakfast had very limited options. If you do not have any other options you may consider this, if you are only looking for a place to spend night. The staff are friendly and they did help store our luggage since we were breaking the stay for a day in between.

Room Tip: The corner rooms are bit more spacious than the ones along the corridor

This hotel is part of the old quarters. Not the best I would say but when there is no option it’s ok. Most people I heard at breakfast didn’t sleep well because they found the street noise overbearing. It is basic and the staff is not friendly at all.

English is a challenge for them so take the room key and don’t expect much.

Breakfast was good spread of fruits, breads and beef soup. They also have the fresh egg station. So it caters to all the tastes. No complaints there

The bathrooms are large and neatly done up.

All in all ok. The picture os of the floor in the elevator

Very average hotel with very uncomfortable beds. Location is terrible and very noisy.
Found it hard that no one at reception spoke english.
Breakfast buffet was very poor. Little dissapointing when you pay for breakfast

Location is 15 mins from Old Town. A short walk to night markets which are fabulous. Breakfast was great. We loved our room which was on the 13th floor. It was huge with an amazing view.
It had a separate kitchen and lounge area also. Irish pub next door and plenty of places to eat nearby.

We stayed 2 nights in the Flower Hotel, with an overnight at Halong Bay between them. The first night was in Room 114, a large room overlooking the street on the 11th floor. This room had an oversize King bed.
The other night was in 204, a huge room with large bedroom and separate kitchen/lounge room and a large bathroom.
Both rooms were very comfortable, but needed a bit of maintenance.
Other people in our TripADeal group had quite small rooms.
The rooftop restaurant had fantastic views and a excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and the Hotel was well positioned near Old Town.

Room Tip: Number 4 rooms overlook the street, but are quite large. Room 204, on the second floor, has a kitchen/lounge.
