I visit this hotel in the month of April 17, by reference of one my friend to meet, while there we enjoyed meals, good hosted by owner of hotel, lovely arrangement for associates, good chance to see hotel rooms. Over all was OK in 3 star
Con. Crowded market, but ok for walking travelers.
Thanks to team

double room was rather small and tired looking. 2 single beds put together to form a big double bed (gd as i prefer this to a queen bed certainly). v cramped wardrobe area. bathroom was spacious but there was a bathtub with no shower holder nor shower curtain. i had to stand and hold the shower head and try not to cause too much splashes. because i didnt want to sit in the bathtub which looked old. only a tiny mirror in the room. room amenities were gd though. razor incl and old but powerful hairdryer. weird green toothpaste gel.

bfast was ok. few tables and slow to clean. when i asked a staff to clear the table she really just removed the plates without wiping the dirty table. i had to wipe myself. slow to refill the congee too. the cook at the egg station doubles as staff refiller. i think they are relatively understaffed

location was convenient. walk easily to the dong xuan wholesale market, banh mi 25 and the wkend night market.

Beautiful and cosy boutique hotel with great services from all the associate. Special thanks to Amy of the Tour Desk for doing a fantastic job communicating with us and making the necessary arrangement. The FOM is super friendly and helpful.
Rooms are cosy and beds are comfortable. A highly recommended accommodation in Hanoi

This delightful hotel is the definition of boutique. Service at the desk, by the concierge and by security was polite & helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Food at breakfast was fresh and tasty. It is in a great location for night time activities or a visit to locally famous restaurant by Ánh Truêt just 3 locks away. This place is a must see!

Nice central location and polite and friendly staff. Breakfast variety and quality was good. Rooms looked nice and clean, showers good. We changed ours when we could not only smell damp, but see it all over the walls. When it rains (often!) the stairwell floods. The central spiral staircase and Juliet balconies looked pretty but if anyone talked in the stairwell you could hear their conversations which made it difficult to sleep at night.
