From memory we paid $55USD a night through Agoda for a deluxe King room, don't bother booking through hotel, they'll ask for $90USD a night.. Not worth it! Check in took ages, most unorganized and unfriendly service we experience throughout Vietnam.
Majority of visitors/guest were the locals from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city with big families, heaps of kids and loud.... There weren't a lot of foreigners staying in this hotel which was rather odd.. It's a pretty old run down hotel, very dark.. We had 5 rooms, all deluxe.. But didn't have a great vibe about the place.
There is a tennis court, but no rackets for hire?? A swimming pool, on bottom floor, we used it once... Bar was next door, but drinks take forever to arrive.. Staff do not speak much English and are not as pleasant as staff in a lot of other hotels across Vietnam. The gym was very simple, however there is a table tennis and bats are available at reception.
Overall, wasn't bad for the price we paid.. Buffet breakfast was rather good with wide selection
of food. It's about 1km walk to market which is the main attraction in the city... Bathroom has full amenities..
