I booking for VIP Villas in Pattaya , end up this owner give me different address different property to let me and my friend stay.

I'm sorry if you thought you booked VIP villas and got the wrong villa. I will contact trip advisor regarding this review because this you obviously left a review for a property that you did not even stay at.

It is one of the luxurious villas u have in pattaya. Comfortable with all the facilities available in house. The bedrooms are spacious eneough, the living room is large enough. The best part is rooftop jacuzii..Recommended to all.

Villa Number 179, inside bathroom cabinets full of dust, shower head not cleaned and dirty, bathroom floor dirty, water from the shower comes through the glass partition and all across the floor, was like this for our entire stay, television keeps losing its signal for 2-3 hours, most doors you cannot open, they are locked permanently, due to theft problems in the past, the only helpful person was the Housekeeping Maid, she did try and we appreciated, but senior management need to read all the trip adviser comments and do something about it, check villas prior arrival, it would appear that no one really cares, the VIP VILLAS is just a smoke screen to draw you in, there is no delivery as such, I wish I had read trip adviser before booking my mistake!!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us here. We are a little confused as to how you can praise the services of the housekeeping maid, yet you mention the bathroom was dirty. We are sorry to hear that the television had some connectivity problems, as we were not made aware of this during your stay, we appreciate you pointing it out to us and we will send our technician to fix the problem.
We can assure you that really do care and we do our best to appease any disgruntled guests when they bring things to our attention during their time with us, unfortunately, we do not always get the opportunity to make amends as guests very often leave us high ratings on our in house survey and do not mention any grievances until they leave and we read about it later in our reviews.
We sincerely apologise for glass partition in the shower allowing water to spread on the floor, it appears to be a bad design and we will look into making improvements.
We do have a team of supervisors who check the villas prior to check in and we clearly were not up to mark for your stay.
Please accept our sincerest apologies and allow us to serve you again in the future.

Wifi did not work.
Phone did not work. To order room service or call for extra towels one always had to walk out of villa all the way to security and make his call.
Foul smell from one of the washroom and when told to find out they kept an air freshener for us. The smell was too strong for even the door to be opened.

We understand that you had some issues with the WiFi during your stay, which is unfortunate as we are normally highly rated for the connection. As the phone system relies on the WiFi, this was the reason why the phone did not work. Our technician is currently looking into the matter. As for the odour from the bathroom, this is the downside of the complicated plumbing systems in Thailand as they do not install U-bends. We have seen some reviews of a similar nature in 5 star hotels in Pattaya and it is simply out of our control.
Regarding your food, we would like to know more about the particular items of food that you ordered and claim to be stale. We take pride in our food and attention to detail, but clearly we were not up to standards on your stay. We are truly sorry that your stay was compromised and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again and a chance to serve you better in the future.

The location was far away from anything and it was just surrounded by construction, the cleaning staff will not understand a word and after repeatedly asking for the pool to be cleaned nothing took place in our 3 night stay, the rooms are nice, the a/c units in the room are small, do not expect it to be like it is in the photos, there is technically no outdoor space other than the pool, im talking about the 5 bedroom villa. There are 4 bedrooms inside the villa with onsuite bathrooms and there is 1 bedroom on the outside like an outhouse with no bathroom. The wifi isnt good at all.

We were surprised to read your comments regarding the pool as the pool maintenance team are scheduled to clean the pool 3 times per week. Also, the reception has no record of any requests to the office to clean the pool.
We understand that you booked the 5 bedroom villa and you received a villa with 5 bedrooms. We do not claim that each bedroom is en-suite.
We realise that there is some construction work happening within the vicinity of the villa, and is it unfortunate that we are unable to control building works on other people's land.
We are also surprised you thought the wifi is not good as guests consistently rate the wifi as very good. Perhaps there was an issue, that was not brought to our attention, during your stay.
We deeply regret that you were disappointed with your stay and only wish we had been familiar with the problems you encountered before you left, had we been aware, then we could have tried to resolve the situation. Please accept our sincerest apologies and allow us to welcome you again in the future.
