A bit off the beaten track, but once you find it, definitely worth the visit. There was nobody else there when we visited, was so quiet and peaceful. 3 beautiful ornate pagodas and walkways.
A change of scenery from Buddhist Wats, beautiful oriental architecture.
150 Baht entrance fee, thai licence - 100 Baht
This place needs more tourists, otherwise it is going to be lost.
Very nice park for relaxation, meditation and one of the best spots for photo shots. The entrance fee is just 150 Baht and it is just couple of hours tour.
For most people this is a bit off the beaten track, being on the far east side at Horseshoe Point. It is however quite a unique place as it is a memorial to to Mr Kiarti Srifuengfung and comprises three Pagodas set in formal grounds on the basis of Chinese antique art. There are buildings figures and many interesting things to see, a lot of them being priceless antiques. The three main buildings are linked by curved colonnades that make a pleasant walk in the shade they offer. Along the southern boundary of the site there are covered corridors housing multicoloured murals depicting 56 scenes from the novel "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms".
Brochures are available in Thai and English, and there is an A4 copy of the "Open letter to the descendants of Kiarti" that is displayed in the central pagoda.
Vehicles are not allowed into the grounds, park by the gate and walk in. Due to the nature of the constructions disabled or wheelchair bound people would have problems.
Price of admission is 150baht and they are open daily from 10.00-17.00hrs
