nearly perfect stay, staff incredable friendly and helpfull. Only exception was a little bit breakfest crew. Every morning had to ask for cofee, nobody came to ask. But this is what I can live with.
Nice view from room and the roof top pools and bars. I will book again when I'm in Pattaya.More

Well, it's been 3 years since we have been back at Siam@Siam Pattaya. It looks like there has been some learning curves to return the hotel to the well-oiled machine it used to be. Staff urgency doesn't seem to exist presently. They are lovely, but aren't ready to pounce on issues as before. They seriously need a "MAKE MY ROOM" sign or something. 2 days we had no interaction with cleaning notwithstanding removal of the DND "paintbrush" for a minimum of 3 hours. Staying in the executive rooms afforded an average breakfast experience. It was better to just go and eat whatever was available in the general buffet section.
To be fair, it looks like everyone is re-learning how to work in a busy environment again. I will be back.

Very nice hotel near beach and central.
Beautiful view at the top floor.
Room are already in low condition but cleaning is perfect.
Everything is good at this hotel.
Only remark is a very long waiting for Omelet to breakfast.

I stay in Pattaya for one month and this is the fourth hotel, the front desk lady won't let me check in as I refused to pay a THB11000 instead of checking with her supervisor, finally, I don't need to pay.
Overall the hotel was nice, and the staffs all are friendly. Only need to improve the breakfast varieties.

During our stay ,everyting was a perfect. All the staff were friendly and room condition was excellent. It was so nice to be in a good locayion for travelers to move around . Stayed for 9 days , it was so comfortable .Thanks Siam!!

A lot of hotels I stay at I wonder what they were thinking about when they designed the rooms. There are a lot of great touches in the room that told me that someone was thinking about the guest when they designed it. One example of this is that they labeled all the light switches so you know what they do. I loved the little corner sofa bed so you can lie down and enjoy the panoramic view of the city. The breakfast was great as well as the free cocktails and snack food in the evening. Also, this hotel is in a great location with excellent shopping, restaurants, massage places, and supermarkets within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Pattaya.
