Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Free WiFi. Good staff. Little distance from walking Street but it takes only 10 Bhat to go there in tuk tuk. But room rents are quite cheaper then near ones. Check the penalty card on reception which will clearly mention what not to do. Good swimming pool. 24 hour departmental store nearby. Had fun staying there. Ofcourse paid penalty for breaking water glass.

Stayed in hotel zing pattaya for two days and we were like pushing the time. Poor hospitality and un friendly staff gave us one of the worst experiences we ever had. One cannot even ask them a bath towel.
Staff is very rude...Always shouting at guests...Air condition are not working at all but still they will not change the room..I will never stay in this hotel in my life..I will suggest all travellers not to pick this hotel at any moment
Very disappointed with the hotel staff and the rude behavior. The hotel rooms are very small. And no cleanliness and very loud music and even the hotel location is very very far from Beach road and other places.
This is the worst hotel ever ..please dont even think of booking it for cheaper rates,hotel reception is vry rough not hospitable , very small rooms no space,no normal amenities like soap,tea,coffee,shampoo given..they even charge tourust people for false reasons n take unnecessary advantages of being local..overall too bad
The hotel is on the main road between Pattaya and Jomitien beach.
The hotel is value for money if you intend to stay just a couple of days looking for a more up market hotel.
The staff are very good and attentive but the hotel situation is just too far from either Pattaya or Jomitien but is served well by the local baht bus and motorbike taxi. Standards are adequate for the prices paid, just would not like to make it a base for 1or 2 weeks.
