“An eyeopener at 'Santuary of Truth'”
Reviewed 24 April 2012

This was really an amazing part of the tour in Pattaya. Strongly recommend visitors to go and have a look at this attraction. Whole building was completely built from timber and was built since 1981 and is still ongoing. There were no nails, bolts or screws used in the building. Simply a must-see attraction even though the entrance fee is a bit steep. Thought the community and tour guides should do more to bring people there.

The Sanctuary of Truth is a beautiful all hand carved wood structure. It is a carved story book of the Thai religious belief system. Definitely a must see atleast once.

“Brilliant well worth a visit”

We just jumped in a pick up taxi and took ourselves. Tour guides collect you once inside and take you around. Very interesting with plenty of photo opportunities.

“Magnificent”
Reviewed 23 April 2012

It’s definitely worth seeing. The wood carvings are incredible. Given the proximity to the sea and moisture, it’ll likely remain a work in progress. But the scale and grandeur of the temple must be seen to be believed.

“Interesting but not finished”

Felt a little like a tourist trap, but was still very curious, even for the most incredulous traveler.
