The place is amazing - I've never seen anything like it. Everything is made of wood and its built using traditional building methods. Great location too as its built by the sea so its visible for quite a way. Optional guide inside who was friendly, informative and took photos for us. Rides round the site on elephants or horse and cart are available at extra charge. Traditional dancers also entertain while you get refreshments - hotos can be taken with them for 100 Baht. You can also go and watch the workers as they carve the pieces which will go into the Temple. Small gift shop. Ladies should wear suitable clothes or you'll have to hire a coverup sarong for 200 Baht which is refundable.
