As you have mentioned, our hotel concept is based on a giving back the opportunity to guests to manage their own experience. This been said, people are able to enjoy a 24 hours fitness room as well as the Big Chill room that offers a place to gather and play to enjoy some time with the family.
People often are coming to us as they are looking for a comfortable place to stay, a good breakfast to start the day as well as a service close to the guests when required.
Please allow me to inform you that we ever had to deal with elderly people travelling with family who particularly liked the hotel and concept of being able to organize their experience as they wish. In addition, as we know Pattaya destination is very much based on enjoying the outside part of the hotel by going around the town for all delicates and visit points of interest. furthermore, the location of our hotel is probably key as well as we are located right in between the Terminal 21 and the Pattaya North Beach.
Last but not least, may I also take this opportunity to share with you that if you were looking at a more customized service which includes porter, room service and much more, our sister hotel the Amari Pattaya offers the best of this. Despite the fact that they are having family oriented with young children market, their high end room category and suite room category, will be something that would suits your needs perfectly.
