Page 10 was a nice clean and friendly hotel. The location is good, just a few hundred meters from the beach. Close to everything. Nice little pool on the rooftop and a very good restaurant as well. Highly recommended.

I have asked for a quiet room and i was provided a real nice and quiet one. This was the first good impression.
The rooms are big, tv is also good size and with a nice list of channels.
Bathroom is also big, with bathtub (with a opening, that you can close, if you like, to the room) and also a walk in modern shower.
Good toileteries with toothbrush and paste kits, shower cap, cotton buds, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
In room safe.
Empty fridge, small but enough size.
Complementary 2 bottles of water, provided every day, 1 orange juice,one pack of fries and another of fried beans.
In the bathroom (! why not in the room?), the is the closet, where you find a hair dryer, 2 pairs of slippers and 2 robes.
In the room, you dont have the closet, as i said, and you don't have any drawers either, so you have to stow your clothes under the tv.
Also, the bed room could have a mirror...
The air con (powerful) and the lights can be turned up or down from a central board, on the right side of the bed. Good idea, but a light switch should be provided on the left side.
Breakfast is good, in quantity and quality, even if more than loaf bread would be apreciated when you talk about bread...
Background music is good, the volume is ok, but please avoid playing "house music"...
Swimming pool is not the biggest one (around 15mx4m) but i think it is enough.
Fitness room, however, it is VERY small. Considering the area of the bar next to the pool, i think it would be possible to re-arrange it, making pool and fitness room bigger, taking a bit from the bar.
Staff very friendly.
Location is great.
So, the hotel is a very good choice in Pattaya and, with some small ajustments, it can be even better,

Once again in Page 10 Hotel. Check in quick and nice welcome drink. Bell boy to bring luggage to your room.
Rooms have been repainted and are very nice and comfortable. Big bathroom with bathtub and seperate shower. Small balcony, working desk and cocktail table with couch. Bed big and comfortable. Everything in the room worked.
Made use of the laundry service which was quick and not expensive.
Breakfast very good : lots of choices and some delicious Thai options that change every day. Staff at breakfast perfect and makes every effort to satisfy you culinary needs.
Very pleasant stay in Page 10 once again.

The bed and pillows were very nice. The size of bed was very big. Room was clean and neat. It did have a bath tub and a large area for shower with rain shower and a tiny hand shower. The room was 408. The rain shower had half of the holes working and the water came up like splattering instead of rain. The floor drainage was too slow for the rain shower. It absolutely flooded the floor. The hand shower with the metal rod like small hang shower. It was difficult to maneuver. Even with a little water coming out the floor still got flooded and it took many hours for the stagnant water to be dry.
It seemed to be very economical, you didn’t have a comb. No stationery like writing pads (only have a few sheets of small note paper)
Their buffet breakfast was small but adequate. But to read on the hotel voucher as continental breakfast but was incorrect.
The television was far smaller as compared to the size of the room. It had many channels but sorry no CNN and BBC.
Room is large and clean, strong air conditioning. Quick service to replenish amenities in room even at night.
Located 2 streets from Central Festival and Pattaya night market, so its good for those who like to shop around. However, i think the street side shops are more reasonable in prices than in Pattaya night market nearby. Nearby pubs are usually frequented by single elderly men hanging out alone or in the company of local women. If thats is your cup of tea, you may like this area.
it is about 1.1km away from walking street and quickly connected in the day by Baht bus (10b per way). However at night, there's only option of taxi or walking. I prefer to be nearer the walking street as it is more youthful and lively than this area late at night.
