“Went back again and didn't disappoint!”
Reviewed 21 May 2012

Again, the best French food experience I've had in Asia. I went back hoping that I hadn't built up how great this place was last time in my head and then being disappointed. It was just as fantastic as it was the first time!!! Don't leave Pattaya without dining here. Make reservations since this place is tiny.

“A Hidden Gem, reasonable prices”
Reviewed 18 May 2012

I go here often and have never had a bad meal. Real French food in Pattaya. As others have written, make sure you have directions, which I think are on their website. They have a street security guard watching all the cars, as it's on a dark street and no big sign outside. All the food is good, especially the chocolate crepes for dessert. The service is fine but probably could be a little warmer. You are always greeted by the French owner/chef. I'm told by others that he can get a little testy if you ask for too many deviations, like "no mushrooms, no this and that..." etc., but I always do that, and he's never said anything. It's a charming place, and I never feel rushed. Enjoy!

“French at its best”
Reviewed 17 April 2012

Though at first quite difficult to locate, the restaurant is indeed a hidden gem. Reservations highly recommended and even if you have to wait for a table, it's worth it. The food is extremely delicious without any pretense. It feels and tastes like home-made French country style meals...something that brings back memories of mom's cooking. Also value for money! The garoupa is excellent

“Not worth the wait for bad food”
Reviewed 4 April 2012

Costly food/ bad food and disinterested waitresses. Look funny at you at bill time as if you offended them with a low tip. Don't encourage bad food/service.

“Good but not exceptional”
Reviewed 20 March 2012

We visited the restaurant after reading reviews. The location is difficult to find and in the middle of a dark Soi which could be intimidating if going on foot. It is quiet, which was a pleasant change and comfortable. The menu gives plenty of choice. I had what most suggest, the slow cooked lamb which was very tasty and plentiful, there was not a great deal of vegetables. Although we both enjoyed our meals, I believe we were expecting more and were a bit disappointed. It turned out an expensive night with taxis there and back from North Pattaya. It was a different night from the usual hustle and noise.
