I have stayed in this hotel numerous times, starting from a short tenure to a longer one...each time the hotel came upto my expectation..however, avoid the rooms at the ground floor and prefer the superior rooms, which come with a view also against a little more price, which is worth paying..rooms are spacious with strong AC, reasonably quite in spite of the noises below in the street.. Pattaya beach is a two minutes walk and tuktuk will take 10 baht to take you to Walking street..complimentary breakfast is quite good, I prefer the Thai pork rice than the European omelette / sausage....no cons as such...overall , a nice experience all the time

Room Tip: avoid ground floor rooms, choose a superior room

Stayed two nights there .. Extremely noisy at night due to the clubs in the vicinity .. Rates were comparable with similar places nearby with better facilities .. Stay was marred by extremely poor service and rude front desk staff .. Shockingly rude & hostile !! Definately not going back there again ..

OK - It's certainly great to have all the local entertainment on your doorstep but that comes at a price. Trying to grab a nights uninterrupted sleep is neigh impossible as there are at least 3 live music venues playing within earshot of a lot of the bedrooms.
At one point, I listened to some pretty good rock music, together with another local band thumping out some extremely loud vibes and add to that the screeching sounds of a local karaoke bar - So, yes, its a basic, central hotel but boy oh boy, is it loud or what.

The Bella Vista would certainly appeal to those seeking to have seemingly thousands of bars within footsteps all staffed with screaming girls shouting "hello welcome" at different intervals, thumping beats from bands, open mike karaoke, giggles and banging doors from other residents but if you prefer anything resembling quietness then this place is certainly not for you.

Room Tip: ask for a room away from soi 7

Close to all the action in Pattaya this budget hotel provides clean and economical accommodation for the single traveller. Rates include a breakfast that is adequate to start your day. Efficient air-conditioning in the rooms provides an oasis of cool in what can sometimes be a hot and humid day outdoors. At night noise from the nearby bars go on till the wee hours, but then you did come to Pattaya for the nightlife anyways so don't complain. Parking available if you should rent a scooter. There are better options nearby for extra $$ but for this price it's not a bad deal.

I stayed at Bella Vista on my second visit to Pattaya . Last time was around 2+ years back. I Choose this hotel again , as I was overall happy on my last stay 2+ years back. Location around 5 min walk inside Soi 7 lane opposite to Beach. You get everything in and around with few min of walk. Soi 7 and Soi 8 have many Pubs and very active for Nightlife. 10 Baht-Bus are very easily accessible from main road, just few min walk . Festival Mall is one lane away few min walk from Hotel. If you are coming from Bangkok Airport, get down at Pattaya Klang and cross the road to take 10 Baht - Bus , get down near Soi-7 (front of Pink Lady bar ) and hotel is just 5 min walk in Soi 7, thats saves you from robbed by Pattaya Taxi.
Rooms are Big and very specious and Clean compared to Budget category of Hotel. Housekeeping is done every day and Toilets are very clean. Have Hot water but Water pressure was poor . Towels provided are clean and Fluffy. Furniture on the rooms are quite old and walls needs a coat of paints.
Check in and Check out was quite fast. Have one elevator. When I checked in to the room , I realized water was leaking from the Air Conditioner and water accumulating on floor . I complained and was told they would change my room . Latter a mechanic came , some how fixed it , it was again leaking on second day, they fixed it . On the last day it was same and floor was full of water . They never change my room , inspite of repeated complain of water leakage from AC. So I rated them low on very bad service. Anyone at hotel Reception struggles with English, sometime very frustrating while you need any information.
Air Conditioner was not very strong and sometime noisy.
No Locker at Room. Any Valuable needs to be kept at Locker at Reception .
Wi Fi is available only at Lobby , you still get weak signal inside room . In Lobby Wi Fi Signal was good and speed was average.
Look for TT Currency Exchange for good Money Exchange rates, they have many Kiosks around Pattaya.
If you coming from Bangkok , can get down at bus terminus and easily take 10 Baht Bus and reach you destination follow the map , might be with few hopping.
Restaurant at Hilton provide very good Buffet Lunch for 500+ Baht on every weekdays , Friday its seafood buffet Lunch.
There is mini Van service from Festival Mall to Bangkok every hour , you need to pay extra for any big luggage you carry.

Room Tip: Room Next to Elevator on Third Floor have Good Sea Veiw
