Christmas getaway with an accident

Stayed 2 nights from Christmas Eve and dined at Oasis’ Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet (฿1,999++) and the food was so-so, though the table decorations were nice. Brought my son to the Lost World Adventure the next day at the cost of 10 stitches by the brow. Hotel staff provided transport service to the hospital and that’s it.

Zulu Club lounge was okay and staff in there are attentive and nice with children.

Check-in/out greatly needs improvement, even as Club guests. Club rooms used to have turndown services in the evening when we stayed at Club few years back, but we didn’t get this service this round for both nights.

Overall, still a great resort to stay at for families with young children because of their water parks and due to the 10 stitches my son received at the Lost World Adventure, we personally will ban this adventure park.

Christmas 2021

Best area, best service, best stay and best dinner at Oasis.
Hotel provides the complimentary coupon for using in all areas of the resort, then we need more time to stay here (3 days, 2 nights are not enough for us).

Perfect stay at Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya

Really appreciated all kinds of Centara's facilities and services. Comfortable rooms with nice ocean facing view is so fantastic. Special thanks Khun Aoy, Sasithorn Poolsawatdi, and her team for such a great hospitality and well arrangement. We will definitely return to Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya once we have chance again!

Great hotel

Beautiful big and cozy hotel. We had a lot of fun, the kids enjoyed all the activities and the adults could relaxed and had a nice time, delicious food and good ambiance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ll definitely want to visit again.

Good memory

It’s nice place, good service and friendly. I felt happy so much during stayed at hotel. Everything was comfortable. Finally, hotel provided Birthday Cake for me, it’s very big for 2 adults 5555. Thank you so much.
