Good location and Good view

I stayed at this hotel from 06 to 09 August, 2022. Rooms are quite spacious and very nice view from the Balcony. My only grievance was that I had requested an early check-in with flight details, but they didn't give me the room till 11 am which was quite disappointing although they were giving rooms to other guests who came after me.

Thank you so much for your review and your visit in August. We appreciate you remark of the good location and the view from the room.

We believe that our team members had done their best to accommodate the requests whenever they are possible. The only reasons why other people who arrived after you will have an earlier check in general are when they book different room types or they pay for a guaranteed early check in. I have seen that you arrived at 07:30 am on Saturday morning where most of the rooms were occupied from the previous night, in this case to eliminate the waiting time, it is highly recommended that you book the previous night in order not to wait after the long journey.

I hope the above is a good tip for your future hotel reservation.

Wonderful view

Good location at the far end of Pattaya. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was really good with a combination of many types of food. The rooms were really clean and tidy. Pity there was not a freezer in the fridge for ice. The swimming pools were well maintained and clean.

Room tip: Get an IHG membership, which will help.

convenient, comfortable, friendly and affordable

Close to everything, food was very good and affordable and breakfast is not to miss. Very short walk to the beach. Went for our anniversary and will be going back for more. You couldn't find a better place for the amenities and a more friendly staff.

Room tip: Just avoid mid September as they have a Jazz festival at Pattaya and no hotel can keep out the sound

Not so bad..,

The hotel is very clean and well located. A warm welcome at check in. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and good, can be recommended. The pool is well maintained and invites you to linger. The rooftop bar is cosy, but the service is unfortunately very poor and not to be recommended. A pity...

Excellent 5 star!

Excellent location overlooking the bay of the beach. Fantastically smart and fresh hotel. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast is superb and good service from one of the staff, May. Rooms fresh and tidy. Pool area lovely with beautiful pool view over the sea. Pool and slides for the kids. Great gym! Highly recommended.
