Small rooms..Will never ever recommend anyone to stay.. they don't understand English well and cannot provide anything if needed by the guests
Location was very safe, and not down an alleyway as some of reviewers commented. 5 mins left to beach road, and 5 mins right to lively local massage services, and cafes. right opposite the hotel is a 'bar' with ladies, but it isn't loud at all as rooms on other side of hotel. pool is clean but in the shade, the balloon dog status obscures view of the sea. check-in was bit slow and too much paperwork to get through. service is normal Thai politeness, and they were not knowledgeable for trips outside pattaya. breakfast was wide enough range of breads, chinese rice/veg, fruit. we liked the local coconut desserts. the lobby restaurant was okay for local thai fare, while upstairs PIPPA is quite posh. we stayed 2 nights and took a taxi straight from BKK airport. hotel is considered large and well-known for pattaya, so we had little issue finding it.

The facilities are excellent, yet the breakfast is mediocre.
We checked in on the 15/10/22 and when we arrived we were told all our rooms were on different floors and we specifically asked for same floor, finally got it sorted. Rooms are not as clean as stated on there website and maintenance is non existent, come on you’ve had two plus years to sort your stuff out. Rust stains on the walls in shower drains filthy half a cleaning job. Had breakfast down stairs yesterday morning and asked for 2 fried eggs that said don’t have even though I can see eggs, then the so called chief brings me 2 eggs she pulled from the warmer that my dog would not have eaten and I said not eating those as they’d been there for 40 minutes. Cleaner rushes through doesn’t change sheets doesn’t replace toiletries yet hotel rates are high. It was a better breakfast out on beach road.
