This hotel is awful, they charge you for everything, they only give you one key to your room and the water park is not apart of the resort, they require 30 baht per day. This place is the most confusing hotel you will ever go to.

A Three Star Hotel at best which has seen better days and is now timely for a good facelift. T
The hotel is now marketed towards the Russian tour groups and this was further evident with most of the hotel signage being in Russian but minimal English or another language. There were a few Thais who stayed at the hotel at the time of our visit.
The Check-in process was excruciating slow but comical at best. The hotel could not locate the booking (Agoda Strikes again) despite the booking made three days earlier, and it took twenty five minutes overall to ensure that the room booked was as booked, the breakfast vouchers were in order etc. The receptionist, upon checking in,was to be constantly interrupted and this delayed the process longer.
The room was basic but clean. The wifi was free and was reliable.
A breakfast was provided but it was basic and catered essentially to the Russian clientele. There was limited western food on offer.
Whilst the hotel is located within a water park, the pool area and other attractions are mutually exclusive from the hotel and are not part of the hotel despite the hotel advertising pictures which are deceiving at best.
We got a good deal promotion of the mini suite seaview room, 3 days and 2 night including breakfast for 3 persons, free coupons for water park and amusement park.
Rooms are big, good view, no non-smoking floor.
Better stay in the room, watching TV and looking to the sea and get a fresh air from your balcony.
The water park is ok, but the sliders were old. Lifeguards are on duty.
Many machines in amusement park are closed. The roller coaster and the monorail train look old and seem to be dangerous.
Beach is dirty and the way to the beach is on construction.
Breakfast and Buffet on the tower are low quality with poor management.

second time I called to confirm the room on 21 july at 5pm.
i checked in to the hotel and get the room 1404. The front team called back and said u have to pay surcharge 200 baht per room due to use on sat-sun.
First problem,It was fine and I could afford it but reservation team should tell us since first time that I called to book the hotel.
Second problem, The water in bathtub is very yellow.
I called back to the front team, I would like to change the room so we got new room 1418.
I was okay with quick responsibility with the front team.
But i was not okay with the reservation team, they should provide all the conditions since I called u to book this hotel.
By the way, I hope u could fix these problems and I would like to come back again if u can do it better.
For a family this would be a good choice as it is away from main city and has all the needs around the hotel. Rooms are very good and the hotel has lot of entertainment / activities for kids. The front desk staff as well as breakfast (Vegetarian) were not great.
The Pattaya Park holiday resort and water park are old and rundown and it doesn't look like there has been much maintenance for many years. But the real problem is that management allow packs of stray dogs to roam around. There dogs are often large and dangerous as they are very territorial and will defend their territory against you.
Many tourists have been bitten and had to undergo 15 days of often painful anti-rabies treatment costing about 20,000 baht at local hospitals. There are over 3 million stray dogs in Thailand and almost a million are estimated to have rabies which is fatal to humans if not treated quickly.
If you're going out in Pattaya Park always carry a large stick with you to protect yourself and your family. The danger is especially bad after dark. I imagine that Pattaya Park management won't take any action till a tourist or child is killed by one of the packs of stray dogs in the park.
I have spoken to the manager about the problem but he refuses to take any action
