A Three Star Hotel at best which has seen better days and is now timely for a good facelift. T
The hotel is now marketed towards the Russian tour groups and this was further evident with most of the hotel signage being in Russian but minimal English or another language. There were a few Thais who stayed at the hotel at the time of our visit.
The Check-in process was excruciating slow but comical at best. The hotel could not locate the booking (Agoda Strikes again) despite the booking made three days earlier, and it took twenty five minutes overall to ensure that the room booked was as booked, the breakfast vouchers were in order etc. The receptionist, upon checking in,was to be constantly interrupted and this delayed the process longer.
The room was basic but clean. The wifi was free and was reliable.
A breakfast was provided but it was basic and catered essentially to the Russian clientele. There was limited western food on offer.
Whilst the hotel is located within a water park, the pool area and other attractions are mutually exclusive from the hotel and are not part of the hotel despite the hotel advertising pictures which are deceiving at best.More
