Good Hotel, Best Staff (reception and restaurant) also the cleaning ladies. I can feel some issue with behavior with Indians but it is fault of both. Maybe all thai's not same, the same way all Indians not same. I would like to tell my indian friends that it is Thailand, please be polite, keep smile and bargain but do not squeeze to death. Respect works in give and take way.

They have changed our hotelier concept especially abt indian people which i have seen there.i have seen so many indian family with kids were waiting in lobby without food and they did not have manner to provide them early check in.They are having rude behaviour and their target is not satisfied to guest they only wanna make money by hook and crook.
So pls be alert with these type of hotels when u visit there.
Stayed here for four nights. Staff very helpful and polite. Both swimming pools good. Room was huge, with a balcony and spotless. What makes this hotel so good is the cost and location. The back of the hotel leads on to Soi Buakhao and for £21 a night in high season is fantastic value. I am looking forward to returning.
Very bad place to stay in,staff is very rude they didn’t take any training how to talk guests.

No dental kit in bathroom
In night when we come at 2:00 the lady in reception ask to deposit in thai bath but we haven’t thai bath at the time. We requested she to we will give deposit in early morning after exchange but she is not agree with us and said she want deposit at the time so we go to outside for the exchange money at 3:00 am after we deposit money she allotted room
So the hotel managements important deposit not guests
Two days before the end of my stay at the hotel, I want to make some clarifications in order to remove the ambiguities of the opinions of some customers that I would not mention their nationalities since they showed an endless insolence. Finally I would like to bring my testimony to all the team of the hotel, since the reception to the security staff for the professionalism, discretion and their know-how. This hotel is very big hotel with private lounge. Room was so big and service also good. But the hotel pool is not big enough. And the food corner is most amazing. It's huge and food quality and item was more.
