Two days before the end of my stay at the hotel, I want to make some clarifications in order to remove the ambiguities of the opinions of some customers that I would not mention their nationalities since they showed an endless insolence. Finally I would like to bring my testimony to all the team of the hotel, since the reception to the security staff for the professionalism, discretion and their know-how. This hotel is very big hotel with private lounge. Room was so big and service also good. But the hotel pool is not big enough. And the food corner is most amazing. It's huge and food quality and item was more.

Arrived 10 am and got told that we couldn't check in until 2 pm which wasn't instructed to us when we booked up.room wasn't clean done it ourselves. Back of the hotel looked like a dump site, pool was up 2 flights of stairs which is no good for people with mobility issues. Reception staff didon't speak English. If your Chinese you are very lucky and will be treated like royalty, breakfast options for the English toast , pancakes or cereal.the hotel consists of 3 blocks the first block you come in to upon arrival is lovely after that block it gets worse.if you want sleep you won't get it due to doors slamming chairs been dragged across the floor and also the Chinese people are not quiet they insist on shouting instead of talking
