Visited during the so-called high season (Dec) and stayed for 7 nights. Actually not a bad place for 800 baht that includes AC, fridge, hot water and a complimentary frugal-yet-filling breakfast. Rooms and toilet are cleaned daily, laundry service was good. Cheap tours, bike rentals (200 baht a day) available at the travel desk. Staff were just about OK, all you gotta do is ask. Only drawback was the absence of an elevator and rooms go all the way upto the 4th floor. Will definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Right next to Soi Honey :)

Stayed for 2 nights (end of Oct 2011).
For a budget hotel, it is worth the money you pay. Book it online thru their website. Location is great, few minutes away from the beach, Central Festival mall, and everything else. Room is large, spotless, air conditioned. Air condition is working well, even had to off it at night because it was too chilly. Bathroom is clean and spotless. However, sometimes there were foul smell came out of the toilet, like in the sewerage or something. Probably from the piping system (sorry I am no expert in plumbing or sewerage system). But it lasts only for few minutes, can't even smell it from inside of the room, the smell only lingered in the bathroom.
No free wi-fi but you can buy prepaid internet card to be used with your laptop or you can use common PC at the lobby. Standard American buffet, nothing fancy, but filling. Free flow coffee. The only thing they need to improve is their customer service. It was not bad, but not great either. Persons who sits at the reception counter should smile more, and offer warmer reception to the guests. They seems more cheerful and friendlier towards the Continental tourists though.
All-in-all, it was a great stay, and there is no hesitation to come back the next time I return to Pattaya.

For the price a good hotel. No lifts, so not good if old and on top floor but we were lucky and stayed on second floor. Rooms surprisingly large and always well cleaned every day with reasonable bathroom with everything we needed.

Staying there whilst there are major floods in Thailand and shortages of everything in shops, we had everything in the hotel. Breakfast has limited choice but adequate especially when you consider the cheap price. Overall would stay here again, pleasant staff and clean aircon rooms, value for money.

Room Tip: No lifts so if not fit ask for lower floors!

I had the opportunity to stay at this modest hotel ,this October, which is quite close to beach road, 2nd Road where all the action is. It is a value for money hotel- in the sense a comfortable A/C room with breakfast(nothing great but basic and filling-no buffet so that you can gorge yourself-limited quantity served once-though you can have any amount of coffee/tea) for THB 535 is a steal. They also give two small bottles of water which is considerate. No lift is the disadvantage of this hotel. The staff are good and efficient barring the plump lady at the reception who seems to have an issue and an ill-temper. she should realize that she is in the hospitality business and needs to be more cheerful. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for basic amenities at the most economic price with all the attractions within walking distance.

Room Tip: Go for the rooms on the ground or first floor as they do not have a lift.
