This hotel is far away from city. Be ready to shell out extra money to visit city. Hotel staff are rude, they charge extra for an additional towel, bed sheet and even for a visitor! They don't issue a receipt for additional charges
The rooms were quite comfortable and offered enough space for 3 adults. The staff was friendly. The appartments were not too far from the beach. Swimming pool was not very clean - I got red eyes from whatever (maybe to much chlorine inside). Infront of the building some workers painted the surrounding all the time and the smell of the oil-color wasn't good at all. Overall we have nothing to complain and will come back again for another visit in Pattaya.

Hotel is lacking on cleanliness. Too many small cockroaches in Toilet and kitchen. We booked 2 rooms and both had cockroaches in toilet.
Hotel needs to improve a lot on cleanliness. Also, towels were not very clean

You have a very good customer service, all the staff is professional, kind, smiling.
The sutes are well furnished, quite and silent.
Your hotel is clean and safe.
Housekeeping was perfect.
An incredible and professional staff at breakfast restaurant.
The receptionists are fast, kind and give a warm welcome.
I didn't try the spa but they have good services
Everyone is focused on the customers and their well being.
Maybe too much strict, hard with the staff a manager or supervisor ( a woman) I saw sometimes at the reception, at the restaurant and at the entrance security gate/; al little bit rude with the crew ( sorry but I do a similar job)
I appreciated free coffee, tea and water in my suites.
Laundry and minimarket shop open 24 are are very useful services
Very good and affordable prices for the room.
Simply outstanding.

First, I give credit when credit is due. By all appearances, this hotel seemed to be a good place and the nightly fee that was booked via Trip was reasonable. Little did I know that every single day, I would be killing cockroaches and ants appearing from everywhere. They were in the bathroom sink, toilet, shower, kitchen area, couch and the living room/bedroom areas. It was an everyday event. I never saw pest control or any mention of that service. They would not refund me for the rest of the days that were remaining and stated that refunds had to be handled through whatever booking platform was used. When I moved into my room, I had hair on the floors and dried food on the kitchen counter and chairs. I had to get a maid to clean again. If you have back problems, the beds are very hard, at least mine was. There is something to be said for paying a little extra somewhere else and being comfortable and sleeping with a peace of mind.
