Quite temple with a lovely lake.
Easy to miss with all the other temples, But worth a short visit
There was some renovation going on there but it will be beautiful when finiahed. I would like to go back to see when completed.

This was a start point for our Thai Akha Cooking Class and also around the corner from the morning market near one of the gates.
It has a lovely quiet pond at the back and you can make some merit by purchasing some fish food and feeding the catfish. They are quite laid back compared to some of the fish feeding frenzies we've seen. Give yourself a moment of peace and quiet with very few other people around. Monks live on site here. Not sure if there is a Monk Talk at this temple.

We found this peaceful temple quite by chance while walking around Chiang Mai. It is a wonderful little temple, with very few tourists, with a beautiful little pond, an immense gong and an impressive Buddha head at the entrance. There is also a bridge with colorful banners connecting one part of the pond to the other. There are also tiles to be included in the temple’s reconstruction work that you can buy with few baths and write your wish on them. A very relaxing and romantic spot.

This temple is not visited much. However, it is quite interesting. It has a bridge with a lovely pond that connects the temple with monks residencies. It has nice Buddha sculptures, interesting "balls", little temple. It is in between Wat Chantem and Wat Fonsoi. These three temples together are some of the little gems of Chiang Mai.

this is a beautiful temple with nice design and architecture. the design on the wall are so neatly done with patience. no doubt there are many temples in CM but each is beautiful in its own way.
