Two friends and I stayed for three nights in March. (A double & a single). Was a wonderful hotel! Very clean, helpful & friendly staff. Our stay included breakfast, which was very nice. We ate in the hotel for a few meals, and it was excellent. Take an early morning walk across the old city towards the markets. Wonderful experience.

This hotel was a wonderful place to come after sight seeing in and around Chiang Mai. The architecture of this hotel is elegant and the staff is helpful. The breakfast was very good and held in a lovely spot on the grounds. The location of the hotel is great and the tours that we booked through the hotel turned out to be very well planned. This hotel was perfect for our stay in Chiang Mai.

We stayed 4 nights in a stunning Luxury King room at the Rachamankha Hotel in Chiang Mai. Everything about this hotel is perfect! Gorgeous rooms, a stunning & serene pool area, an excellent included breakfast in a gorgeous setting, the perfect location within the walled old city yet only a brief 10 minute drive to the airport and an amazing staff to handle your every need and request! We wouldn't consider any other accommodation if we return to Chiang Mai....the Rachamankha boutique hotel was "top shelf" in every possible manner!!!

Beautiful hotel with the most gorgeous gardens and antiques. First stay at an Adults Only Hotel and definitely won't be the last when travelling without our kids. It is extremely quiet and you feel very relaxed. The amenities in the room are fantastic (although you need milk for your coffee). Breakfast was great and the restaurant staff were delightful and friendly. The only thing I would complain about is probably not enough sun chairs by the pool as we were travelling when hot and could not finish the day by the pool for this reason. This complaint is minimal and in no way reflected on our wonderful stay.

This truly is a wonderful and calming hotel.

The positives are the architecture and ambience, the location is great to wander around the Old City, the pool is wonderfully cool, and the food in the restaurant is very good.

The slight negatives, as other reviewers have mentioned, is that noise does travel through the rooms. Nothing earplugs doesn’t deal with, but something to be aware of. Also - and this is picky - the service is a bit too attentive and makes you feel watched. But worth giving dinner there a go for the ambience and post that, there are great backpacker restaurants nearby that are perfect for a chill, a cold beer and people watching.

Overall, I would thoroughly recommend staying there.
