Very nice and cheap hotel but with a good quality and very friendly staff. Room is very big and good for longstay. The WiFi is free and not too slow. Faster than my 4G DTAC mobile Net. Have nice parking square for Longstayer if you arrive with your car!!

We stayed here for 5 days, the hotel itself was comfortable and well appointed rooms. The service in the breakfast area and to the rooms was very good. Staff eager to help where they can. The view from the 7th floor room was enjoyable. But if you don't have a vehicle to drive, it may be a little 'out of the way'. If you have a hire car, parking is available for you and is looked after by security day and night.

equipped with washing machine at 20bt for a cycle. Staff were helpful. Simple and clean room. Close to many cafes, walking distance to Chiang Mai University night market and MAYA shopping. can take public red car at 20bt 1 way to town. Breakfast was delicious too.

Room tip: Near CM Uni, 7 fountains with Daily English Mass

This place is out towards the university/zoo, around 20 mins walk to Nimman Road and a car/taxi/cycle to the Old Town so a bit out of the way (depending on what you want to do when in Chiang Mai). There isn't anything wrong with it - it's a 'no frills' hotel at a decent price. The room was fine - it was clean, spacious and had wifi/fridge/aircon/desk etc. - i.e. all you need. The bathroom was rather basic and not very modern but was clean and the shower water hot so can't complain. Set your expectations right and this place will be fine for you, I would return.

The room is perfect, big and clean for a room less than 1,000 THB. You can see the picture of the room in other reviews and you can expect it would look that good.

What I also like is there breakfast, a lot of Thai dishes, porridge, bread, fruits, etc. (Thai food is the best!). The location of the hotel is also convenient, not far from inner city.

However, I didn't give it a 5 because the reception; checking in and out is not very professional.
