Big rooms, views of the river, might be one of the largest hotels in Chiang Mai. No complaints but very generic high rise hotel, but includes everything you would expect in a good chain style hotel. I only stayed for a few hrs to sleep before moving to the Rati Lanna resort across the river.

This hotel has great staff and the service is very friendly, warm and accommodating. Facilities are family and kid friendly as well. Location is only 15 mins away from the airport and major shopping centers. My only recommendation for the property's management is to consider upgrading the facilities since the interior is fairly dated. Further, not all bathrooms have the hand shower for cleaning up (available only in suites). Otherwise, highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with this hotel. The hotel is beautiful , with excellent location , one 7 eleven in the back. The breakfast and Dinner excellent with one station to cook fresh fish, meat or eggs. The rooms super big with beautiful view of mountains. Also has available smoking and non smoking rooms. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Just on the edge of main the CM tourist areas, so transport is needed.
Buffets are very popular in the hotels.
Had nice time and a enjoyable meal.
It's a popular venue for lunch goers. And for many with children.
Various dishes catering for all.
As a veggie I had a good choice.
If their is one item I felt was a bit pricey was the drinks such as the wines (300 baht per glass ) and the beer (175 baht small bottle).
We were a large group of 30 ladies, the staff assigned to us were friendly and attentive.

The location of this hotel I can say represent the spirit of the city that is not too busy, relaxed (some place in Chiang Mai like night bazaar is very touristy just like Bangkok..). Near hotel you can find cheap Thai street food, you must try to eat around hotel, just go to main road and turn right, experience street food in a quiet atmosphere.

The staffs just very nice from doorman, goods deposit, check in staff, restaurant staff. The hotel itself is spacious though the interior is old style, way to represent the city i guess. Just love Chiang Mai, and this hotel for represent the spirit of Chiang Mai.
