“One of my top two!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 January 2012

This is one of my two favorite restaurants in the city of Chiang Mai.
I'm a big fan of som-tam (green papaya salad) and they have many
interesting and delicious variations on the basic theme. In particular,
I recommend the version with fried tuna.

Btw, my other favorite place is Morradoke, 11 Rachadamnoen Road,
right by the Thapae Gate (inside of the wall).

“Damn good Thai on Nimmanhaemin road.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 December 2011

In terms of taste, this may be the best Thai restaurant we've been to, and certainly in our top 5. The Siamese ginger soup with shrimp was delicious and somewhat addictive. It's a little spicy but hard to stop eating it. With so many flavors it's hard to describe, but it is fantastic.

Green curry, papaya salad, fried fish with thai herbs, and spicy fried shanghai noodles in herbs were all great. We'll certainly be back here again.

“This is one of our favourites!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 November 2011

We eat here at least once a week and think it is one of the better Thai restaurants in Chiang Mai. The food is fresh and spicy with really clean flavours. The staff are always friendly and have a smile on their faces.

The decor to tell you the truth, is a bit strange - it's sort of a cross between Grandma's tea cake shop inside and an outdoor place you'd find in the Mediterranean with it's mosaic tiles and minimal decor. It's also reflected in the menu where there is spaghetti carbonara listed along with omelettes and soft shell crab. We have only eaten Thai food here and it has been fantastic.

We can highly recommend the fried fish with Thai Herbs, Tom Yum Soup with Soup, Chicken Wings and the Stir Fried Prawns with Young Coconut.

“Really delicious food. Must try.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 October 2011

This is one of the nicest restaurant I found in Chiang Mai so far. The place is small but cozy. They serve various of Thai and Fusion Food. All dishes we ordered were tasty. There is no corkage charge if you bring along your own wine. Price is also not expensive. Will go back again.

Tips:

Apart from the parking space at front, there is also more parking spaces at the back of the mall but you need to access via Nimmarnhaemin Soi 17 and turn right to get to the car park.

After dinner, try one of nice looking bars behind the restaurant.

There is also a designed gift shop at the back. Items are unique, some of them are handmade. Good for souvenirs or special gift.
