We were blown away as soon as we arrived at this beautiful property - a warm welcome into a lush oasis with a stunning garden in Lanna style, lots of teak and greenery and water features.

Lovely large room with a comfortable four poster bed. Beautiful huge bathroom with big bathtub/jacuzzi, flowing hot water and good water pressure.

Pool was lovely, clean and inviting (we didn’t find it too cold. Perhaps time of year?)

Breakfast wasn’t included in our price so we gave it a try once. It was very good and freshly prepared but pricey for Chiang Mai and you could get better mango and sticky rice at the Nong Hoi market and have it while enjoying coffee at our fave cafe, Two Sisters.

Don’t be put off by the location, though it is a bit out of town - 40 mins walk to old city - its just a 10 min cab ride and totally worth it for what you get here, and by the end we were regulars at the market, esp for brekkie. We downloaded Grab (app like uber) and used it as well as the local Songthaew. A ride for 2 of us typically cost 60-70 baht.

We had a great stay and our favourite part was the warmth and professionalism of the owners and staff. Ofe, Pong and Tikki looked after us extremely well, arranged activities, suggested restaurants and made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay it felt like home. Our favourite stay in Thailand. Highly recommend it!

We stayed for 3 nights at this paradise. It’s a very well decorated Hotel with a familiar and peaceful environment. There are just few rooms there, so they will provide a customized experience for you! We’re treated like kings! Thank you so much for everything. I have a special thank you for Mr Pong and Mrs Tiki. They were extremely gentle, helpful and careful with us during all the moments of our stay. I have no words to describe this amazing moments that we enjoyed there. I don’t know when would be our next trip to Chiang Mai. But when this trip happens we’ll be back at Amata Lanna Village for sure!

Chaing Mai’s best kept secret. This hotel is perfect if you want calm and relaxing. Its close enough to everything ( 20 baht in taxi ) but far enough away to breathe. The night bizarre and square will cost you 150 baht to get back in at tuk tuk.
The hotel itself is immaculate with large rooms and even bigger bathrooms and really hot water. The people are gentle and genuine, big shout out for Dickie and nothing is too much trouble for them. We normally stay at the big internationals 5 star clubs but I would go back here over them in a heart beat. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. If you want lively and happening it’s not for you but if you want calm and serenity book this.

Room Tip: All rooms are great go to second floor if mosquitoes worry you
