I would like to emphasize what I have emailed you yesterday here in TripAdvisor because I was very pleased and satisfied. I don't necessarily put my reviews in here except it's really exceptional, I installed the app and put my review here specifically for this stay.
I stayed the AQ 7-Days after Thai government remove the Sandbox for Bangkok, coming from Africa regions, initially I was booked for 14 Days. Fraser Suites was the only available due to the sudden changes, you as well responded email very clearly, promptly, and respectfully. It was smooth, in less than 1-day my booking was finalized then my Thai pass was 1 day later. I thank you for this smooth booking process.
Then I arrive here, hotel was quick in airport, arrival was smooth.. room was ready. Room amenities is perfect for the AQ purpose, I have stayed in other three 5-star hotels but yours easily come to top of my list. It was really good experience for the AQ purpose. I would definitely recommend your hotel. The check out experience was perfect too.
The only room for improvement was the meal delivery timing as we discussed before. Although i never left hungry due to the amount of food provided, i used to eat the cake of dinner in morning.
I hope your hotel a great success in 2022 and beyond.
