Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and absolutely love it! There was a good vibe when entering the lobby and the design elements were stunning. The room includes free minibar and Internet which were fantastic for a business traveller like myself. They also allowed me to have a late check-out until flight time; which was almost unheard off in most hotels in Bangkok. The only downside was that my credit card was charge on the second night of my stay. I would have thought the card will only be charge upon check out. Overall a very pleasant stay and will definitely be back again.

it was def the best hotel i've stay, even better than thoese so call 5star hotels!! was there last may, the package includes daily breakfast, and 1 airport transfer.

when i was about the purchase, i realised they just ended the free round transfer, i email the staff and they were so kind enough to give me 1 transfer!! and best of all, they actually let us have the room till our departure time which was around 6,7pm at no extra cost!! although the staff are not too well spoken in english, but its def good enough, and everyone were so helpful and friendly.

and i have to mention the daily breakfast, it was fantastic, though it was included in the package, but they never lower the standard of food. furthurmore it was ala cart breakfast, and they will only prepare upon ordering, so def fresh and tasty food.so far it was the most tasty "free" quality breakfast i had, not only they are ok if we were to exceed a little on the daily budget, they would also provide in room service for breakfast, very thoughtful and sweet of them...

i had corner63 and the room, bed, jacuzzi tub, dressing area, walk in wardrobe was freaking freaking huge, very clean, super comfortable bed and the pillows(4 long pillows) were so comfy that i actually ask them where can i purchase the pillows lolz....nice tolietries esp the body cream!! good sound system, and the best part, daily fresh fruit, drinks, free espresso, and all the drinks are free except alcohol. they even gave a super cute handmade buffolo for free!!! and i must say their room cleaning is super super effecient, the moment we were out, the room was cleaned, tidied, immediatly in like 10,15mins!!!

as for the location, though its not really in the heart of bangok, but the pubs and train station is just a 5mins walk, and its very easy and fast to go around bangkok with the train system they had now. siam paragon, pratumun etc is just a few stops away...even chatuchak is just about 30mins ride though it may seem pretty far on the map.

i've always had a problem sleeping overseas, but this is the 1st time i actually slept like a pig when i travel...and the service is so fantastic that u felt as if u were the only VIP there....

the only thing that's lacking is theres no pool... if not it would be a perfect 10, instead of a 9.999999

for thoese who like quiet and privacy, this is a must stay hotel! for better rates, u could book this hotel through other sites instead. i will def stay there if i were to visit bangkok again.

I really liked this hotel and the many positive reviews are right on. The only issue is that there was no concierge or front desk person on duty at all times to handle any inquiries or give information. As well, the place seemed to be too quiet and subdued at times. Good place if you like that. Overall a very good hotel.

Stayed a couple of nights here just before Christmas having done quite a bit of research. To me, the perfect city hotel. Really lovely staff - the manager drove us herself down to a restaurant as she 'was heading in that direction', great location, and one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in (in its category, of course). Stayed in a corner room with huge (250cm wide!) bed, huge bathroom with wonderful dressing areas, work areas, Italian expresso machine. The list goes on. Had lunch with friends staying at the Oriental and were so relieved not to be staying there with its pokey rooms, chaotic design and overblown reputation. Also tried the Metropolitan on our return from the south for a change and was severely disappointed - apart from the food and the service! - with its dated 90's Uber-Uncool vibe. But then virtually anywhere would be a disappointment after Maduzi... There are some fabulous places to stay in Bangkok, but hardly anyone had heard of this little gem when I asked around. Coupled with the greatest guide in town (Bob at Bob Transport) this was one of the real highlights of the trip.

Room Tip: Corner Suites are superb.
