Had the experience of staying at two different hotels in Bangkok in March, this one was given to us by tour operator Ms Tonk Tonk. The hotel is a budget hotel, the breakfast is simple but ok, the rooms are tiny, the airconditioning was very ordinary, one had to wait for 30 to 50 minutes in the room to feel its effects, especially during unsually hot days that i experienced, at nite it became unbearably cold with no thermostat control. The hotel did not agree to late checkout option for my group and asked for additional charges, contrary to what is stated on its web site. The best part was tuk tuk service and free wi fi service, had it not been there, i would have probably not stayed here as it is quite far from the main Sukhmvit road. Its totally a Budget Hotel, smiles are also budgeted.
