The room at Shanghai mansion is beautifully decorated with a chinese retro vibe.The hotel is really silent and well located in the middle of Chinatown, vibrant area of the city. Food at the hotel was delicious!

We had a wonderful stay at the Shanghai Mansion. Rooms are clean and nicely kept. The staff is helpful and friendly.
The spa is lovely. We received facials from Nu and Risa who were very nice. The sessions were very relaxing.
Very nice room, delicious food & drinks and spa burasari is the best of the best.

Beautiful modern chinese-style hotel located at the center of Yuawarat. Easy to reach many famous restaurants, street food shops and temples. Spa service is good in a reasonable price. Dim sum is worth trying.
As a group of 4, we went there to spend a night over weekend there and were impressed by friendly and high energy staff. Hotel is nicely designed to give you a retro Chinese ambient and there are so many nice photo spots. Will definely go back again as we felt there are still so much to see and do in Bangkok China town. We won't miss the Jazz band next time. Oh and also the spa!
Shanghai Mansion had, hands down, the best customer service and front desk reception I've experienced in Thailand. They were extremely nice, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about their guests' experience. Ben and Non, the front desk manager and receptionist were fantastic!
The hotel room was nice as well with a very comfortable bed and great shower.
They also have a great in-hotel restaurant and on Saturday night they had a great Jazz/Swing band.
All in all, I will definitely be coming back!
