Was staying at the Millennium Hilton, which is very, very close by and found this restaurant via other reviewers, so had to check it out.

Walk through the market an at about midway, turn left and look for the signs for the 'Jam Factory' - the security guards will point you to the restaurant itself.

As others have noted, this is a really interesting location for a restaurant, in a converted factory space. There is an open kitchen so you watch the chefs at work.

The menu has some really interesting items including 'crispy omelette with edible flowers' and a great strip steak. Food comes out as its ready, with the food designed for sharing. Save room for desert and check out the 'cup' cakes!

Would certainly come back here!

This was a recommendation by the hotel's concierge, and we were not disappointed. Just a few minutes' walk from the Peninsula Bangkok, this is an old warehouse I think that was modernly and beautifully renovated. They serve really great Thai food, service is good, dishes came out of the kitchen quickly and they had some of the most interesting deserts we had in Thailand. It is reasonably priced and gives good value for money.

Highly recommended place for the senses.
Food was high quality. The environment was unique and classy.
Enough space for intimate dining experience.

Will definitely go again when I'm back in Bangkok and worth seeking out, so that's high praise for me.

I was taken here for lunch when on a business trip to BKK. to get there we walked through a local market area and I was surprised by how nice the place was when we arrived. Clean and cool, funky decoration in a big old warehouse. Really wasn't expecting to end up there after the walk through market.

Food was amazing. Quite spicy, but not outrageous. Fresh and tasty. Staff were helpful and it was a really pleasant lunch. May come back on a future trip in the evening. My hosts thought they have a section which is open air on the river, but not sure about that. Would be ok when cooler in the evening.

Great food and great view, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend the braised pork in basil! Plan your route well as its a bit cut off from the heart of the city.
