I stayed in Howard Square, Bangkok, Thailand for 2 days during 15/01/2013 to 17/01/2013 along with my family of 4 adults. Rooms are big and arrangements are very attractive. The restaurant services are good. American breakfast in the morning hours are quite delicious and sumptuous. The responses of the receptionist staff as well as housekeeping staff are prompt and courteous. I, along with my family liked this hotel very much and we would like to stay again in this hotel when we visit Bangkok next time.

Room tip: Road side rooms are more attractive,

Lets us begin with the location of the hotel. It took me 2.5 hours to reach the hotel from the airport. It is located in a far off place from the heart of the city. Also local people and even the taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel and I had a lot of difficulty in getting back to the hotel. Lack of friendly staff, poor room service and lack of basic facilities like hair dryer and tea maker further downgrades its reputation as a boutique hotel. I was charged 5 bahts for half teaspoon of sugar. Each guest is provided with a 500 ml of water for 1 day. The house keeping staff does not change bed sheets everyday.

The breakfast is average for vegetarians and the Indian food was okay. In a nut shell, the entire experience was not satisfactory. Do not fall prey of its website information.

As an indian Traveller i would tell you its a nice hotel to stay in.
Best part is an indian breakfast if you are travelling with a group you can order for breakfast of your choice.

However hotel is bit far from the city center but they have a regular shuttle service to BTS so you can use the same or else when you are with a group tour you will have your own vehicle.

However dont get in trap of taxi driver at the enterance of the hotel they are big time cheat.

My overall experience is really good and the best part is the manager at the hotel is indian his name is mr. ajay. really very helpful.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a package deal. Not upto to the standards of a boutique hotel. Rooms are clean though. Not a 3 star accomodation. Far off from the city centre. The area around is pretty shady too. Food is really sad and very expensive too. Not recomended.
