This place may offer food (not italian, forget it) and drinks at prices that at first glance resemble prices in higher end hotels, and located at river front, it may be tempting, but they also use a for me so far unknown trick to cheat tourist, that likely is illegal. There are other unfair restaurants charging both VAT (7%) and service charge (10%) on top of listed prices and that would usually mean “only” 17% on top. But this place will first add service charge and then make a total and THEN add tax, leaving you to pay 1% more because of petty greed and a tourist milking attitude.
