Enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Facilities could be improved in pool area, but apart from that I couldn't fault it. Breakfast was excellent quality. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good links to sky train.

This is a four star hotel and deserves its rating. My sisters and I visited here from the 17th to 20th May 2012. The reception staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English which is always a plus. We were bed and breakfast and breakfast could not be faulted. Fresh juices, plenty of fruit, hot tea and coffee and catering was done for all nationalities. It was a pleasure to go down to breakfast.

The room was lovely, big enough for the three of us with plenty of room and a beautiful outlook. The room was clean had tea and coffee facilities and water supplied daily.

The swimming pool was on the roof, small but pretty and serviceable. Food was available at the poolside and was really tasty and not that expensive.

A coffee shop was in the foyer where snacks and pastries could be purchased and the food was exceptional.

Bangkok is well worth a visit with plenty to see and do. It is buzzing with activity, the people are friendly and a visit to the Grand Palace is a must and this is a lovely hotel to stay in. I would repeat my visit. Street food is enjoyable and authentic and very cheap.

This is a large hotel but each individual is treated as if they are the only person there. A good hotel to stay for a short or long visit.

Room Tip: We were on the 14th floor with spectacular views so a higher room is probably the best.

The lobby is beautiful and the front desk people are nice and helpful depending on the person. Rooms were nice, though the beds were a little hard for my taste. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. You could choose Thai, European, Chinese or American food for breakfast. If you want a really fabulous massage there is a little strip of pizza and massage places in front of the hotel, the one closest to the pizza place was fabulous and inexpensive. Night time walking as a single female is a little sketchy. The 711 near by though is a great resource for quick goodies. I used Tours with Tong walking tour where we used public transportation all over the city. By the way, if you can book with them, please do...it is worth the dollars and a great way to make use of your time.

We stayed here for 3 nights around 8th May. Very nice, clean hotel.
The hotel has very nice decor and modern throughout. Our room was very spacious, had all we needed and very clean big bathroom.
Pool area is lovely and is open until 9pm which was nice to have a dip after a long day exploring.
BTS is about 10 minutes walk, past all the street food vendures you will need, very nice food and small shopping centre. I liked this hotel as it wasn't in the middle of all the hussel and bussel of the busy Bangkok streets and there is a very nice resturant called Pathe close by.
Only issue we found with this hotel was no Wi-Fi!

This hotel is fabulous. Excellent service, clean and great location. The pool on the 5th was amazing. Breakfast is more 5 star standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.
