We had travelled up from Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia on the overnight train, and this hotel was within minutes of the Bangkok Central Train Station, via an underground passageway and escalators and elevators.
Great location. The front office staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. It's a first class hotel mainly catering to western tourists. We got a very spacious and well laid out room on the 11th floor at the front, with a superb view of downtown Bangkok.
The room had all the usual amenities, including a mini bar, and two free bottles of water every day.
The room price also included a full breakfast, which was more than adequate.
The hotel is an easy walk through Chinatown and down to the Chao Phraya River to catch the water taxi, or back to the train station to catch the LRT.
We would highly recommend this Hotel to other travellers.
