good but not great .

The hotel si good . It fits in the budget and the main advantage is the location .
Its located near all good malls . The station is also near to the hotel.
We had taken one studio and one executive suites . Studio room was very bad and we had to tell them to change is to better room . Execuitive room is almost same as studio room in size but its much cleaner and better with good furnishing .

Room tip: please select only executive suites.

GREAT LOCATION FOR SHOPPING!!!

I stayed in this hotel a total of 8 times in a span of 5 years.
Rooms are cheap if book through agoda.com or latestays.com. the room is a bit outdated but most of the time, you are out shopping anyway. breakfast is good. but if you're staying for three days, you will get bored with the same food being serve at breakfast.
The hotel has a very good location and everything is within reach when shopping. If you want to eat good cheap clean food , there is food court third floor in the indra shopping mall. Platinum mall is also 10 minutes walk only.

Pratunam is place for wholesale clothes, so take advantage! buy in bulk so that they give you good price.

Room tip: Get a higher floor

BAD HOTEL, NO SUGGEST TO ANYONE

We stayed at this hotel from 28 August until 01 September 2011, in executive suite, rooms is dark and smell no good, Air conditioned is very lousy and not cool, even we called the hotel ask them to fix it, it is same
the reception officers are not friendly. it's not a thai culture.
Not recommend to anyone, Worst Hotel

the worst hotel ever!!!!! would not recommend

Cockroaches all over the places..... bathroom, bedroom, living area! what a 3 stars hotel.
not recommend to anyone!!!! worst services!!!!!

In the centre of a fun city. Easy access to shopping and eating places.

Convenience is the key word. Walking distance to Platinum shopping mall- about 10 minutes walk, to Siam Paragon -about 20 minutes walk (if you know the short-cuts). Had a very interesting walk through Bangkok slum-poverty area, pass the River Chao Phraya.
Night markets are just outside the hotel. "Shop till you drop".
Hotel facilities and comforts are average. However love the spacious suite room. Hotel breakfast is average to good with quite a variety ranging from American to local varieties. Love the hotel seafood buffet dinner. Price is good.
Will try this hotel again.

Room tip: Book in advance. Enquire about the different types of rooms available. Air conditioning needs some upgrading. Not cool enough.
