Very bad hotel, arrogant staff

Dont choose this hotel, because of mad mad front staff of this hotel. They dont have manner to talk to people, specially for Indians. They don't have manner . pls pls dont go to this hotel. There are many other good hotel.

the price is cheaper if compare and the room condition abit old location which is the best of the hotel near by shopping mall and sky train walking distance staff are good and helpful but slow as many guest almost is Indians fulled otherwise is good choice for short stay .

I have travelled over 32 countries and stayed in multiple hotels with multiple brands but this was my worst stay ever. Haven’t seen such a bad property ever. After long journey hours when i reached the hotel I was welcomed by the most unfriendly staff. While the check in procedures were on i requested water, and the lady said she doesn’t have water bottles and I should check the restaurant wherein I could see stack of bottles behind her. She could have instead said you have to pay for it.
Room selected by my agent was also bad, as the view of the room was long wall so basically nothing.
They claim to be 3 star hotel but have no facilities of a 3 star property.
The only plus point of the hotel was it’s location and I guess this hotel is very much in demand for indian tourists and hence they have many indian restaurants near by. And you can watch Zee Tv if you don’t wanna miss your serials during your holiday visit.
It’s an old building with old lifts and looks. Zero Hospitality
But given an opportunity search for some other property in the same vicinity.
I would never repeat my stay here ever.

the hotel located near Platinum mall the price was reasonable very nice and decent place to stay in Bangkok.Very good staff, provides clock room after your stay , you can shop till that time the staff is well behaved, food is good as per Indian taste. Located near malls, market place etc.

The facilities in the hotel were ok, city view from our room was breathtaking. The breakfast spread was good. Though the hotel is easily accessible, but it is situated in not a family friendly environment. However, some issues that need to be taken care of by the management:
(1) The carpets in the rooms and corridors were a bit dated and need to be changed.
(2) The elevators were not very clean - could see luggage tags stuck on the handles during the entire duration of our stay, must have been an action of irresponsible guests, but the hotel ought to have got them removed.
(3) The windows in our room as well as the walls bore stains, in desperate need of cleaning.
(4) Though some staff were friendly, most were not. An essential requirement expected in the hospitality industry is friendliness of the staff - simple smiles go a long way in making guests feel at home.

In all an average stay, but the hotel management should look into the following aspects:
(a) cleanliness, and
(b) training the staff to be more friendly.

Front office staff are very arrogant and shouting to customers, There is no travel desk and taxi charges are not fixed they will charge very high for Taxi. Pool is with full of chlorine. AC in the rooms are not cool. I complaint about the AC several times each time on staff will come and check it after that we will say wait for 30 minutes. Again we will call and report the complaint nothing will happen. The location of the hotel is very good. But the staff will gust is like dealing with a beggar they don't give attention to you. Overall in my life I haven't seen such a bad hotel. They are surviving only because of some tour operators from India and China are having arrangements with the hotel and pumping gust. Otherwise no one will come to this hotel.
