“Boutique Hotel in Bangkok Centre”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 April 2012

This is a gem of a hotel. The location is the best in Bangkok as it is near the night markets and entertainment. It is also near Sala Daeng skytrain station. 5th floor pool/terrace. choice of rooms/suites and staff very attentive. Bar restaurant of its own and the buffet breakfast very good.

Room Tip: Stayed in a suite on 5th floor near the pool. Very quiet at all times. Had a lounge with bar tv an...

This hotel is a great location if you want to be right around the corner from hectic Patong. The added benefit is the access to the Skytrain which is also a block away. The hotel itself is very outdated and has that musky smell throughout. The rooms were not very clean, and again in need of some major renos. Breakfast was not good at all, and that;s hard to do in Thailand. There was no concierge or even area/city maps at the hotel. Customer service definatelt needs a reno as well. I think they stay busy based on their location.

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location off Silom Road.It is looking a bit tired and they asked for a whopping 450Baht for Wifi use for every 24hours or 180Baht per hour.In a time when even Backpacker hostels give free Wifi ... When I asked for an area map I was told that it was for sale for 200Baht.There were far too many dour , unsmiling reception staff ,perhaps management needs to take charge. On the plus side the buffet breakfast was good. However I will not choose to stay again as there are better hotels in this price range.

Just a great little hotel. nice pool on the 5th floor . the staff are very enthusiatice and helpful. It is very close to the sky train and subway and waling distance to the night market pong pun?
there a great park walking distance from th hotel just one block beyond the skytrain station. it was recommended by a friend who does a lot of work in Thailand and he feels like it is a second home. Many of the staff are training students from the hospitality course and are enthusiatic if not aways efficient. Great breakfast buffet and the restaurant is great with reasonable prices (great happy hour drinks 2 for one) Its is only three skytrain stops to the river ferries and two from the Siam Centre. we are heading back for another two nights before catching our plane home.
