Fantastic hotel in a great location providing very easy access to the BTS and lots of shopping nearby. Amazing lounge facilities with brilliant staff looking after us. A modern, high-rise gem in a super-convenient location for touring. The hotel is directly connected to the MBK Mall (an adult Disneyland for fans of Asian food and designer knock-offs), an MTS station (once you walk though the length of the mall), an art-and-culture museum (same), and above-ground walkways that let you minimize rain, heat or humidity that is often present in Bangkok. The breakfast buffet was expansive and impressive, including not only all manner of typical Western breakfast items but also several more lunchtime items. The staff was uniformly competent and helpful. This is a bustling city hotel but efficient and service-oriented. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our introduction to Bangkok.

First I would like to thank the receptionist named Louis, who greeted us with exceptional courtesy, he was pleasant, thorough, caring, and patient. He patiently looked for a room with a superior ceiling for us. It was important to him that we were satisfied. He personally showed us two rooms and that we decided what we wanted, my girlfriend and another married couple. He took care of a pleasant surprise for Namita since they got engaged in Thailand. The charm of a guy. The rooms were excellent, beautiful, spacious, very bright, and nothing was missing. The breakfast was rich and full of all good things. The hotel is located in a shopping and food area so there is no need to go out to look for food. The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is very pleasant. Everything was very excellent. I highly recommend it. I ask the hotel management to thank Mr. Louis for his amazing attitude! We will definitely come again and I hope to meet him there. Thank you very much, Yafit levi

Satt Mong our Maid was fantastic very good job with our beds, fresh towels and restocking our toilets essentials. Always smiling friendly and professional. Our room always had a freshness to it when we walked in. Good size room with a beautiful view from our window. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel again
