The hotel is set in a good location attached to the MBK centre - giving great access to shops, bars, food and other entertainment. Have a look at my other reviews of bars that regularly had small bands playing, places for drinks, and the free fight night that runs twice a month. Pool and gym facilities were good. Our room on the 21st floor was always cleaned well. Sky train is close by - meaning transport to and from the airport and anywhere in Bangkok is simple.

We had an amazing butler Nadia who was very helpful, provided any needs we had in the hotel, and recommended great places to eat and visit. She helped us navigate and find good places to eat. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. 10/10 stars for Nadia.

I had an amazing stay at Pathumwan Princess Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Big, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The Halloween decorations added a special touch, making the hotel feel festive and welcoming.
