Lovely stay and convenient location for shopping and central Bangkok. Club lounge definitely worth it. special mention to the lovely staff; Aor, Torfun, Big, girwan.
Highly recommend for a central stay that limits the need for transport etc through the traffic.

The manager at Citi Bistro Ms Kun Jern was really professional and excellent in customer service. Please keep up your excellent customer service in Pathumwam Princess cafe . Loved this hotel! Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Bangkok. It’s attached to the MBK mall. Buffet breakfast was great and the staff assisting were amazing! Special shoutout to Nipo and her team! Would surely return! Can’t fault it. Thank you!

3rd visit to the Princess, and 1st with young children. Everything was amazing and the recent refurb has only increased our enjoyment. The 6 and 9yo loved the breakfast bar, pool, and basketball court.
Special thanks to Goy and Lucky who upgraded our room to the family 2br for free to allow more space for the family of 4.
Incredibly friendly and welcoming for families traveling through Bangkok.

This is my 3rd zvisit and as usual never disappoints. Lovely rooms always kept very clean… shout out to Vit who works very hard!
Big rooms, very clean, comfy bed and of course the lounge access which is wonderful. Very friendly service . I am returning end of the month on my way back home and look forward to the stay
