Impressed with the quality service that the staff provides at PPH! I was careless and dropped my iphone in the taxi from airport to PPH. The hotel staff actually took down the taxi car plate number when we arrived. JoJo from Concierge helped me to call the airport to trace the driver details and also called the taxi company to contact the driver and got him to return us the phone at the hotel! Very impressed with JoJo's resourcefulness and going the extra mile for us! The staff from the business centre also helped us to contact the Thai SIM card company to try to trace the Thai phone number using the serial number on the template so that we can call my phone which was in the taxi. Their tiptop service allowed us to begin our trip in BKK on a positive note! Thank you PPH for your wonderful staff!!! Will definitely stay there again!

We arrived in Bangkok and were driven to the hotel in their limo... pure bliss! The hotel room was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable! We had a super view of the city. The pool was sensational, the breakfasts sumptuous and the hotel adjoins to a WHOPPING shopping centre!

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was amazing.
The location is the best thing. It is attached to the MBK Shopping centre which is huge and amazing. More like a multi story market.
This is great when it is stinking hot. You don’t have to go outside. Lots of other shopping centres in walking distance too.
The room was a delux and it really was delux. We really couldn’t fault it.
The restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was so good. The maître de with the red glasses was amazing. Such personalised service and he was so so nice to us. We felt sad to leave him.
The staff were all good and get this.... on the morning we left at 4.30am, they made us a take away breakfast box to take with us. What a heart melter this was for me.

The security is great. Just a fantastic getaway.

The only complaint I would have, is that we booked a large taxi to the airport at 4.30am through the hotel and I think it was the hotels driver because it was a plain white van with no taxi written on it. Well this madman drove at 130kms an hour to the airport. It was so dangerous.
I don’t recommend using their transport.
Other than that, perfect!
