Rooms are big and nice, location is great just above the MBK mall. big fitness center and pool, tenis and basketball fields. Sevic was great, everything is clean and nice. Good value for you money and for sure will come back here next time

We had a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room as there was no room left for superior which suits us. My son was really excited about the room and very very happy with it. The morning breakfast was excellent with good coffee and fresh juices though i spotted a small cockroach in the restaurant (near to the porridge section).
Though the room is clean, the furnitures looked a little dated. Time to renovate the bedrooms. The gym is huge but looks like the equipments were old, rundown, rusty and dirty. However i believed the gym isn't run by the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. Connected to MBK shopping centre and BTS station. Hence, no worries if it rain for at MBK, besides shops and a supermarket, here are fast food, food court and restaurants. Room is good with basic necessities, nothing fantastic and a bit old though. Breakfast is good with a good spread of east and west cuisine. Walking distance to siam square.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July. The room was lovely. Clean, spacious and the bed was huge. The breakfast was ok, eggs and bacon were great but the rest was nothing special, however the staff were always very welcoming and polite. We were a little shocked to find metal detectors at the entrance to the hotel but I guess security is of importance.. The only thing that disappointed us was that we were not initially made aware that the hotel was smoke free. But they advertised an outdoor bar and smoking lounge so we thought we would check it out. I'm not sure where exactly the "smoking lounge" was supposed to be as all we found was a slab of concrete with a table pushed into the very far corner which made us feel like criminals for smoking. Aside from this the hotel is nice but if you are a smoker we would suggest staying elsewhere. The hotel is also pricey as it is situated over MBK, we had friends stay at a hotel nearby that was just as lovely for a much more reasonable price.

We stayed on the 24th floor of this hotel for 4 nights, it was quite luxurious. Security was tight which was great to see. I loved being able to walk next door to the MBK Mall (about 500 shops) without going outside in the heat to do my shopping. Breakfast had a great selection of food covering selections from around the world. The tours desk was very helpful, and all the tours we went on picked us up from the hotel. It had a huge swimming pool which is unusual in the city, spa pool, gym, sauna, beauty therapy.
