The hotel is lovely. The lobby area is big and very clean. There are 2 very nice bars, one on the mezzanine and one rooftop bar which is a bit expensive but you are paying for the view really. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfy, air con worked well, bathroom was good size, good shower. The wifi worked perfectly. The only downside was even on the 25th floor we could still hear the traffic from outside during the night and we were right next to the lift so would hear that going up and down but it wasn't a major issue. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is quite good, there is a night market about 10 mins walk, the bts station is just a 15 min walk, tuk tuk right outside. It's easy to get to places from here. Must the burger restaurant attached to the hotel. Amazing burgers!! I would recommend a stay here and would probably stat again.

Whilst there were a number of positives about our stay, the hotel is not up to the same standard as other other Pullmans we have stayed in.

The lobby and Playground bar are very stylish, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the burger restaurant very good and the Scarlett rooftop restaurant is superb.

However, our rooms felt quite dated and a little worn out - whilst the all-white decor is trendy, it looked grubby in places, especially around the bathroom sink. At check in we were given incorrect regarding our Accor advantage plus card and what that entitled us to. We were told we could not use it at either the 25 Degrees or Scarlett restaurants when in actual fact we could and we did receive a discount with it - I’m glad we chanced our luck and tried it anyway!

The service at the pool bar was good although the pool is very small for a hotel of this size.

We were offered a late check out which was great and we agreed to, however we returned to our room at 1pm (check out was 4pm) to find our key cards had already been deactivated so we had to spend time finding a member of housekeeping to let us in.

In regards to the overall rating provided and concerns that you have raised up within your review, we sincerely regret that you have not been totally satisfied and apologize for the miscommunication upon check-in on the benefits offered to our Accor + Members. While 25 Degrees and Scarlett are two franchised restaurants, thus with a different configuration, we do offer discounts. Rest assured that training sessions will be reinforced to address this area.

As well the key card challenges could have been avoided by extending and recording again your cards in the system.

Once again thank you for sharing your feedbacks and it is our sincerest hope that you will give us a chance to better host you in the future if you may consider to be back in our hotel.

What a hotel! Excellent service, fun, friendly and very helpfull staff! A breakfast that has everything, in short; a fantastic hotel.
Check in was swift and friendly and helpful. It's the fist time in my life that i have been met with "you keep the room until 4pm on your check out day".
I had an executive room and had access to the lounge on floor 27. Fantastic service and food. You can also have your breakfaset served at this fllor, but i went for the main breakfast on 2nd floor, and I dont regret that. If you can't find anything to eat or drink at this breakfast buffet, I would say you are probably nor hungry/thirsty. This breakfast is amazing. I had a spascious room at floor 34 with a great view of the city and a huge bed. The hotel have a pillow menu if you have spescial needs for the best rest during your sleep. On check out I had to remind them about the deposit that was taken out of my credit card. But the amount was released quickly. The hotel also provides limo transport to the airport (at extra cost).
Very nice and friendly staff. Very polite and young and humoruos people.
One tiny little thing (bug) on the negative side. I discovered a cockroach one morning in the bath room. Not a peasant experience. One would think that a hotel of this standard woul be free of such bugs.

I have stayed in Pullman G for many times. Everything is good here. The clean room, the efficient service, the nice view, etc. The staffs here are very friendly when meeting with each other. Such as the staffs in the lounge and the Lobby as well as in the second floor restaurant. Everybody is smiling.The housekeeper is very nice and working conscientiously. After making up the room, I'm very satisfied with the quite neat and tidy room everyday. I enjoy my stay here each time.

I noticed there are a range of guests from business people to budget travellers, it's a hotel that is "good value for the money" (me thinks).

LOCATION
Good position on Silom Rd with an easy walk (8min) to Chong Nonci BTS and Dean & Deluca but a little further (15min) to Sala Daeng BTS and the Silom Shopping Complex. Nice being away from Central/Sukhumvit area but it is easy to get to via the BTS, taxi or Grab etc. There are some amazing local restaurant too, near by.

ROOM
We had a suite on the 33rd but it was in desperate need of a refurbishment. Very tired furniture (not one of the new white rooms). The bed was super HARD. Block-out curtains worked a treat. Why is the base on the TVs dialled up to 10... I guess it's 'all about the base'.

SERVICE
Excellent in every respect. Special mention to the Manager on the Executive floor (tall handsome Thai man) who was very attentive and to the lovely ladies on the Exec reception who had to keep re-coding our room keys. Car service to the airport in the BMW was efficient and stylish.

Room Tip: Ask for a 'white' room
