Our first impressions of this hotel were actually quite okay as the location is perfect, the Check In process went fast and friendly and the room was big and actually very nice ( apart from the fact that it was not spring-cleaned ). It's also been a nice touch that we could use the in-house rickshaw for free in the first evening to go to a nearby restaurant.
However, during the stay we faced several annoying circumstances which made the overall stay unpleasant.

1.
As there were not enough towels available in our room, we've asked the room service to bring some more to our room. Unfortunately, we had to call them several times until they finally brought it.
2.
We were woken up on Sunday morning 08:00 am as the cleaner started using the vacuum cleaner to clean the executive floor at this time ...
3.
The 'international' breakfast was provided by the on-site Indian restaurant. The restaurant itself was doubtless very good ( we had a great lunch at this place ) if you expect Indian food, however since it's an Indian restaurant ... The breakfast was indian and not international at all! We'd appreciate if the hotel wouldn't call this an international breakfast, but inform their guests correctly in advance what they can expect when deciding to pay for the breakfast or not.
4.
The hotel offered a not so cheap trip ( around USD 100.00 ) to the floating markets - without mentioning this market actually does not exist anymore! We finally arrived at a tourist spot where local people tried to sell accessory to the perplex tourists ( we were obviously not the only guys with other expectations on that market ... ), however this had nothing to do with the traditional floating markets of Bangkok.
It is no problem at all if those markets simply do not exist anymore, however we would expect the hotel mentions this toward their guests and stops offering those tours.
5.
The in-room dining was unenjoyable as the seafood Pad Thai was obviously prepared with old seafood. In no way we could eat this.
6.
Also the massage service was below our expectations. The room was cold and uncomfortable, there was no music to relax and the masseuse were talking to each other permanently during the massage.
7.
During the Check Out we were complaining about all the above mentioned circumstances, however this 'fell on deaf ears'. Even though the staff recognized our complaints, we did not get any excuse, much less any kind of compensation.

Due to all the above facts, I would not book this hotel again.

Stayed at this hotel many times while in Bangkok. Always received excellent service, large appointed rooms and great breakfast. Since it is off the main road, save money compared to other hotels that aren't better.

we stayed in this hotel about 4 weeks ago. It is in a good location, close to train station and shopping centres, with lots of restaurants around. Its room is spacious and comfortable. Its service is good and Its breakfast is excellent. What is better is that it is very affordable, certainly one of the best value for money we have had.

Spacious and clean rooms. Good location behind a very lively street full of restaurants and street food. Attentive and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Hotel offers shuttle service to nearby BTS and malls. Value for money.

I stayed here with my parents for 4 nights in an executive suite. The hotel itself is located in Soi 13, you can easily walk to end of the street to be on the main road, or there is a free TUK TUK service the hotel runs that will drop you anywhere nearby from transport links to shopping malls.

The room was slightly smaller than expected but was located right next to the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which made swimming very convenient!

The swimming pool isn't the deepest but don't let that put you off as this allows the water to always be warm, the jacuzzi jets are ok but not as powerful as I would have hoped for.

Don't ask the hotel to book you a meter taxi as the guard at the hotel gate only sends in meter taxi's that wouldn't use the meter, so you best get the hotel to drop you at nana station and there is a public taxi rank there with drivers who are more than happy to work on the meter!

Was disappointed that happy hour at the pool bar includes only overpriced beers, and no cocktails, there is a mini mart directly opposite the hotel where chilled beer cans are only 39 THB and soft drink cans are only 12 THB there is a fridge in the room to keep them cool!
