Excellent service, very good location, great rooms! Café Claire is also a very nice place to take your breakfast, with great variety of menus. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Overall a great hotel which I fully recommend!

Clean place with exellent service and meals. Great location in center of bangkok easy to access to shopping department store, restaurant and lumpini park. There are many good attractions around the corner.

Stayed here for a short 2 nights on a business trip. 1st impression was very good with the warm welcome by the door & reception staff. Entire check-in process was very smooth. The room is excellent with everything need for a relaxing stay. So clean and so complete. Request for additional toiletries, coffee and teas was a breeze. The breakfast was truly magnificent. I like that concept very instead of the usual buffet. The hotel location while initially unsure but once I discovered Lumpini Park...wow! Perfect location there! All in a superb 3 days 2 nights experience!

Oriental Residence has all you need a 5 star hotel with very reasonable prices. I normally stay at mandarin hotels where a room costs from +700 euro. Here I get all the service at a fraction of the cost, everyone is friendly and service is impeccable. The rooms are large and have all you need. Swimming pool and gym is on the premises, breakfast is lovely and the concierge will help you with whatever you need. Location is very good to, close to sukhumwith and Lumpini park. I for one always stay here.
