One of a few Japanese department stores in Bangkok. Always come here to buy to food ingredients at the supermarket. The food courts also offer quick and delicious selections like okinomikaki, curry and sushi. Always come here when I want to eat Japanese alone.

This mall is part of central World Shopping mall ( 3 Sections in here which is Central department store, plaza renting spaces and Iseton). Most of stuff that selling here you also could find it in another mall. Only few items that unique and hard to get in BKK. Also this place providing a membership card that you can collecting point and redeem discount later when it reach in certain points

Isetan of Japan has its presence here in Bangkok. With quality products mainly catered for the Japanese market. they also sell international as well as local brands. Kinokuniya, the bookshop is also here. The supermarket and delicatessen also stock a varied range of food.

After the departure of SOGO a few hundred metres SE of this Isetan, this Isetan and the Tokyu outlet in MBK mall may have Bangkok's Japanese departmental store market to themselves. Too bad that “The Mall” group appears so intent on dominating the big spaces in its shopping centres – it would have been interesting if Takashimaya could have been the anchor at Siam Paragon, instead of The Mall Group's own outfit.

Anyway, where Tokyu could be considered as a “value”-oriented place – this Isetan is a bit upmarket. It has a great selection of quality merchandise, in a wide range. And, often, good promotions on such stuff.

Don't forget to stop by for a pastry at the bakery.

Stayed opposite Isetan at the Novotel Bangkok Platinum. Isetan is a big department store that originates from Japan. The quality of the products there is good and the prices are worthy of the quality.
