Pros
Clean hotel; warm and cold food adequate in line of the Holiday Inn Express chain. Staff helpful at frontdesk, bellboy also good in finding grabcar source (big car) for 10 bags and 3 passengers at just 500 baht to airport. Location within walking distance, there are lanes that offer local food varieties. Hotel lobby near the lift has two weighing machines costing 10 baht and 1 baht that we can weigh our overweight luggages.

Cons
Cleaning staff needs training; they constantly shout across the rooms in the morning until I had to leave my room and ask them to keep it down. Quality of massage shops along the street are terrible; better to go nearer to Sukhumvit for better massages. The masseuses are lazy. The blower fan attached to the bathroom isnt very hot it will take some time to blow dry yr hair.

We shared a room in 3 and it was a pleasant stay. The close distance from ratchatewi bts station makes the transfers around the city very easy. The breakfast, included, is basic but abundant. The staff is kind and fast, the main impression in general is of a clean and tidy hotel. Wifi acting up often. The room illumination is slightly weak.
I would surely be a returning customer

Hotel is located few miles away from the main shopping malls. Hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast too is good but the same variety everyday.
Do not trust the taxi service available in front of the hotel and dont try took took either they will charge 200BHT for 69BTH travel by Uber. Always use Uber as I see that was the cheapest way to travel. However the wait time for Uber varies 10-15 minutes.
Hotel is having a swimming pool too

The hotel is in a good location if you are coming from the Rail train Airport. The location is on a busy road, but here is all the busy road and you get used to it. The equipment is functional, though a bit old, but the beds are hard as stone. I recommend going to breakfast very early or very late, otherwise there are a huge number of people.

Breakfast in Bangkok City hotel means you have to rush to a table if it is free. No baby chair available for our child of almost 2, so he will be walking around not much later in a place where too many tables and chairs are packed in a room. The food is Chinese (usually not a problem) and meat is part of almost every choice, also in dishes that normally do not include meat. Me and my children are vegetarian, not much options. Internet is SLOW. This is a factory with factory workers, stay away!
